3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cask @ Hamilton Hall Sporks. Pours pale blonde with a lasting white head, on top form I might add. Nose has sweet pale malts and grassy, citric hops. Taste is much the same, sweet at first then a nice dry citric grassy hop bite in the swallow. Clean and refreshing, a great summer thirst quencher.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask at the State bar. It pours clear deep gold with a decent white head. The nose is soft, juicy, fragrant, lemon, lime, lychee and biscuit. The taste is crisp, bitter, earthy, bread, grapefruit, lemon, light biscuit, touch of peppery spice with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent stuff.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask at Pilgrim’s Progress, Bedford. Medium gold, plentiful carbonation with a good-sized white head. Lemon drops, gardenia and talcum powder aroma. Fruity taste, more bitter than sweet but well-balanced. A moment of puckering bitterness leave to usher forth a juicy citrus and tropical fruit finish. More bitterness later on in the long aftertaste. Wow.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On cask at Cloisters.
Appearance - golden amber with a nice head.
Nose - big orange note and biscuity malt background.
Taste - more oranges well melded with the biscuit malt.
Palate - medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a fairly good finish. Not quite as fresh as I’d prefer but still good.
Overall - very nice but would increase the bittering ever so slightly.
