Draught pint. Clear straw colour with a small head that disappears leaving a little lacing. Mild aroma of citrus and yeast. Yeast, hops, straw and grapefruit flavours. Robust bitter finish. Moderate carbonation and fairly light bodied. Very nice.

Cask @ Crown Inn, Hebden Bridge. Blond with a cream head. Has a slightly dry, and citrus hoppy base with a sourness and a fair bitterness. Lemon and grapefruit are here as advertised by its notes.

Cask by hand-pump at State Bar, Glasgow - clear golden, some bubbles, thin bubbly white head, weak malty, citrus aroma, poor lacing, sharp malty, lemon flavour with a slight sourness on the aftertaste, good carbonation

Clear golden with a decent off white covering that dissipates then lingers.
Nose is pale malts, straw, citric peel, light orange sherbet.
Taste comprises melon, straw, bread dough, orange notes, citric peel.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterings.

Cask at Roscoe Head, Liverpool. Straw, a very slight natural head. Tart grapefruit/lemon aroma. A bit of lagery grain but the citrus hop dominates. Surprisingly bitter/sour taste, mouth-puckering long sour-bitter finish., like sour lemon drops. A decent if ’safe’ golden beer.

Cask (Lady Grey’s, Newcastle) - Golden with a white head. Grapefruit, peach and melon in the aroma. Crisp, refreshing and hoppy taste with lemon, elderflower and grapefruit standing out.

Cask at Royal Union. Pours clear pale gold with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is biscuit and meal malt, light earthy hops. Flavor is malt dominant with medium hops and bitterness and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.
