3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Tesco, Durham, £2.09/500ml.
Pours dark amber with disappearing foamy white head and obvious carbonation, possibly from secondary bottle fermentation. Aroma is malty, biscuity and oddly reminds me of popcorn. Bitter with a long finish but still very drinkable. Some underlying fruit. Smooth but slightly thin palate.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
6th Feb 2015: shared bottle in De Bierboom (Brugge). Nice blend of flavours after drinking some big hitters this calmed everything down a little. Amber bronze body with a white topping. Both the nose and taste were semi-sweet maltiness and a mild orangey citrus flavour, nothing too special, but a pleasant and easy drinking bitter nonetheless.
