Cask conditioned at The Lamb & Flag, Oxford. Gold with white head. Sharp, fresh, hoppy beer, there a clean, zesty grapefruit notes, quite a citrus bite. Easy drinking and really very pleasant. Beer of the night.

Bottle from Glug Newcastle. Pours light golden colour, nice white head. Strong flavours of tea, lemon and raisins. Takes a little getting used to, but a nice beer

Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. A pale golden beer that pours with a large foamy head. Sweet citrus flavours dominate with delicate floral notes and a bitter grapefruit finish. Excellent.
A special beer brewed for the 37th Newcastle Beer Festival Battle of the Beers competition. Brewed with only 2 hop varieties and 2 malts.

Cask @ Pig & Falcon, St Neots. Light gold with a small bubbly head. It has a high hoppy citric bitterness with grapefruits certainly evident.

Cask (Red House, Newcastle) - Golden with a foamy white head. Grapefruit and lemon in the aroma. The taste is fairly hoppy and bitter with notes of lemon, tea and grapefruit. Not bad, but could do with a bit more balance.
