COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With a strong hop character, our version of a classic, Bohemian Pilsner is right on the mark. You'll find rich maltyness in the finish as well as a crisp palate.

Feint hint of hops and grain. Very light yellow, though not totally translucent. Lace is small and easily dissipates. Refreshing grains and rice, light hints of hops here and there. Beer is very clean and refreshing. Most refreshing beer with flavor in a while. Overall this is a great pilsner. Could use more hops but pilsners aren’t known for that.

Draft... RBSG 2014… Hazy yellow lager with a mid-sized, wispy, white head that diminishes to a small, creamy, white cap. The bouquet is reserved and tough to pull, but I’m picking up rumors of pale malts and spicy hops. Medium-bodied with stinging carbonation. The flavor is bittersweet – pale grains, honey and spicy, peppery hops. Well-balanced, but it does trend toward the sweet side. Bright, crisp, lightly sweet finish.

Taster on tap at the brewpub during RBSG. Clear golden color. Thin ring of white head. Medium body. Smooth, crisp, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Moderate bitter, light metallic note. Bready peppery flavor. Smooth pils, but just OK flavor for me.

On draught at the brewery.
Pours a hazy pale with a small head that leaves decent lacing on the glass.

The aroma is dough & honey with some light herbal hops.

The flavor is sweet and doughy with some honey, some breakfast cereal and some spicy happiness.

On tap @ Morgan Street. Pours a clear golden pour with a white head. Just kind of sweet, celery, sugary water. Light malt and grain notes, no real hops, and mild esters. Some grass, a bit of sweet tarts, sweet grain, a bit of grain husk bitterness. A little bit of aspirin and chalk...kind of bitter. Meh.
