We run this light lager through a coarse filtration to retain its hearty and healthy components. Straw in color, and lightly flavored. This beer is hard to keep in the tank!

On tap. Nice hazy gold color with small white head that had good lacing. Smelled like yeast and straw with some sweeter notes alsol. Tasted like a typical wheat beer with an additional sweet element. Was not overly honey tasting as most flavored beers are. A good beer with some interesting characteristics.

Sampled along the RBSG 2014 bus tour. On draft at the brewery. Earthy and fruity in the nose. Slightly sweet, but otherwise just bland and mediocre. a very forgettable beer.

Draft on tap at the brewery (St. Louis, MO). RBSG 2014 Friday Bus Tour. Pours a hazy dulled golden orange hue, frothy brighter white head atop stays as a decent ring, laces ok. Mellow glow. Aromas are flaked wheat, a bit bready with gentle fruit, firmer cracked dry grain, straw feel. A bit dry with faint kiss of honey and lemon. Initial is a bit dry, lighter bodied with flaked wheat, decent yeastiness and faint onion feel. Middle is bready, a bit fruity. Some touches of lemon meet florals, more garlic into the backend with some smoothed out bready sweetness. Oddity there with the garlic/onion feel. Finish is a bit dry, fruity and tapers out. Meh. Not my thing. Some lignering grainy and cracked wheat feels.
