Serve in Flute, Footed Pilsner

Clear golden color/ fleeting white head. Mild aromas of black pepper, dry spices. light bodied. Very light flavors of lightly sweet pils malt, with mild spicy hops, crisp finish.

Sampled at the 2009 Parkville microbrew festival. Pours yellow with a medium white head. Has lots of bread dough to the aroma. Has a mild flavor but is not full of pils grains or character that it should have. A tinge of buttery diacetyl is detectable.

Sampled at the St Louis Brewers Heritage Festival 2009. A delicious, crisp clear pale yellow pilsner. A little more hoppy than the style would indicate, but pretty darn good.
