A seductively soft, easy drinking blonde ale, with an emphasis on a fragile and complex malt character. Made with Belgian candi sugar, honey malt and select Belgian and American grain. Slightly sweet and creamy; perfect for the session connoisseur and the timid domestic drinker looking for an introductory craft beer.

On tap at B&D Gastropub. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malty, light body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is malty, some yeast, and some crisp hops.

Not comparable to true Belgians, but this isnít that bad. It isnít cloying and the body is pleasant. Tried at the brewery in 2014.

Taster on tap at the brewery. Clear golden color. Thin ring of white head, a row of lace. Light body. Lighter carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Sort of a bready flavor, hint of lemon, light bit of pepper. Kind of a rougher feel to this. Light bitter taste, light sweet. OK blond, not great.

Had this at the brewery on tap. Light and refreshing. My wife liked it. I opted for the IPA and the brown ale. F Avey---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2013 My 1st WV rate! Aroma of honey, candi sugar, hay and pils malts. Appearance is gold with sticky white head. Flavor matches the nose; somewhat honey sweet, grainy and slightly toasty. Palate is medium, sticky/tacky and pillowy soft. Very nice, sessionable blonde.
