COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This lagered rendition of our small batch honey ale begins with a slightly citrusy aroma above a low white head. The drying characteristics of the German Lager yeast combine with a light hop bitterness to balance the large additions of honey. Finishing clean and dry, this honey lager is sure to refresh!

Draft… Pours cloudy and golden with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Excellent retention. Musky, earthy, peppery nose with an undertone of pale grains. Medium-bodied with laid-back carbonation. The well-balanced flavor offers pale malts and drinks much easier than most 8% abv beers, but is bland and minerally overall. Finishes crisp and minerally. Well executed, but uninspiring.
