COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Traditional American Amber Ale with a seductive auburn complexion. A mild caramel sweetness leads to an exquisite balancing act of malt and hops before a smooth and pleasantly floral and earthy ending. 35 I.B.U.

All the beers seem to be minerals and have a hard water feel. Like how the amber takes on an American hoppy flair though.

Draft taster at the brewpub. Amber-brown with small offwhite head. Very mild with floral hops and sweet malt. Nothing much going on here.

on tap at the 2013 Bramwell Oktoberfest; this was the last of nearly 20 beers I tried at the festival, so I am not sure how accurate this review could be; I did think that it was a decent, well balanced amber ale

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber color with a large white head. A light perfumy floral hop nose. Caramel, toasted malts, quite sweet, a light burst of floral hops. Smooth.

Draft sampler poured medium red/amber. Off white head. Nose is of bready sweet malts and some mild hops. Flavor is different good enough amber with the malt sweetness and mild bread but just a strange finish and after taste not bad but it’s there.
