COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Traditional American Amber Ale with a seductive auburn complexion. A mild caramel sweetness leads to an exquisite balancing act of malt and hops before a smooth and pleasantly floral and earthy ending. 35 I.B.U.

Sweet aroma of perfume. Lite brownish iced tea color. Almost flat. Fairly mild flavor. Goes down easy. Not bad.

on tap at the 2013 Bramwell Oktoberfest; this was the last of nearly 20 beers I tried at the festival, so I am not sure how accurate this review could be; I did think that it was a decent, well balanced amber ale

Draft sampler poured medium red/amber. Off white head. Nose is of bready sweet malts and some mild hops. Flavor is different good enough amber with the malt sweetness and mild bread but just a strange finish and after taste not bad but it’s there.

I had this at the brewery on tap. Good caramel flavor and a light mouthfeel. Enjoyed it with the special, Scotch Eggs. It was one of my favorites from their ten beer tasting flight. F Avey---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Taster on tap at the brewery. Caramel, and spicy malt. Sort of earthy. Bigger hop on this than expected. Some tropical and citrus hop flavors. Clear amber orange color. Thin khaki head, that leaves good ridges of lace. Medium body. Lightly soft, kind of smooth lighter carbonation. Dry finish. Moderate bitter taste (more so than your typical amber), lighter sweet. Interesting amber.

Not a fan of this amber. Has the requisite light reddish appearance, bready maltiness and hints of bittering hops, but this also has an unpleasant stale aftertaste. Tried at the brewery in 2014.

Cask pour at the source. Pours a copper color with a velvety khaki head of foam. The aroma is fruity and zesty. Taste is mildly bitter, but mostly sweet. Good stuff. Creamier mouthfeel with low to moderate carbonation.

Pours a darker amber with a beige head. Aroma is malty sweet with a touch of doughy bread. Taste is sweet up front with a drying finish.
