Aroma is sweet with notes of banana, fruit but no alcohol notes. Flavor is sweet with a heavy banana flavor with some pepper and a mild alcohol but hidden well. Body is medium with average carbonation overall.

Draft... Clear amber ale with a small, creamy, white head. Fantastic retention. The bouquet is all about farmhouse yeast - banana, pear and light clove - infused with an array of peppercorns. Medium to full-bodied with feather-soft carbonation. The flavor is both sweet and fruity, presenting mild undertones of alcohol and hop bitterness. Finishes lightly bitter, fruity and dry.

Draft. Acidic orange malt aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet orange malt and mildly astringent alcohol flavor. Nice tripel.

Waaaaaaaay too sweet. Nice looking golden orange pour. Hawaiian pineapple glaze flavor. Sugary sweet. Tropical fruits abundant. Off in the right direction but needs to cut down excessive candi sugar sweetness

Tap. Pours clear gold with average, creamy white head; short retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is yeast, candy sugar, orange, bread and straw malts, and floral hops. Flavor is very sweet; malt forward with supporting fruit esters and faint hops; sweet finish. Medium body, low carbonation, and medium warmth.

Clear honey yellow, white cover. Aroma is mostly apple, pear. Taste is heavy, alcohol, sugar, pear, cidery, some must, spicing, grainy finish.

On tap into a shot glass with an orange wedge. Appearance is a light, hazy yellow. Aroma is citrusy and yeasty. Taste is the same as the aroma with some alcohol coming through faintly at the finish. Its a good attempt.

Aroma is heavy malt (bread, cookie, hay), average hops (floral), and average esters (banana, berry) with notes of pineapple. Flavor is heavy malt (bread, cookie, straw), light hops (floral), and average esters (apple/pear, banana) with notes of coriander. Medium body, warmth, and carbonation, low creaminess with a sweet texture and dry finish.
