COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest beer on the spectrum, this clean, refreshing North German Pilsner is light in body and effervescent with European noble hops. Sit back and enjoy a pint or two! Just like this pub, this brilliant gold lager has been worth waiting for.

Aroma of crisp apple/pear, hay, light noble hop character; fruit forward overall. Appearance is gold with thin white head. Flavor matches the nose; the beer also has a nice toastiness. Palate is medium, sticky and very soft. Quite good.

Draft at brewpub. Pale pour. Lacks grassy notes of a pils, more Canadian mass lager like. Some floral and citrus notes. Ok

sonnycheeba (3301) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JUN 30, 2012
Tap. Pours clear, pale yellow with thin, fizzy white head; short retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is lemon, straw and cookie malt, candy sugar, light grassy notes, and faint corn. Flavor is mostly bland malts with some vegetable notes; dry finish. Light body, low carbonation, and low warmth.

hopscotch (8783) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - OCT 11, 2011
Draft… Pours clear and straw-colored with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Pale malts are all I’m really able to pull from the aroma – too subtle and nondescript, but inoffensive. Medium-bodied with tickling carbonation. Like the nose, the flavor is mostly nondescript, but is well-executed and gives a slight nod toward the bitter side of balance. Crisp, clean, lightly bitter finish. Looks, smells and tastes more like a kolsch than a pilsner.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper color with a large creamy offwhite head. Average head retention and lacing. Weak aroma of pale malt notes. The taste is grassy hops, pale malts and a bit of toastiness. Thin bodied. Decent.

Whitish yellow, white cover. The aroma is confusingly bubblegummy, some vanilla sweetness, grassy. Taste is grassy, paper.

JStax (2773) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - NOV 7, 2010
On tap into a shot glass. Aroma is nearly nonexistent. Taste is much like any other light lager. Taste is slightly malty and more hoppy than most beers of the style. For the style, it is okay but as fat as beer in general, it is very bland.
