Our lightest beer on the spectrum, this clean, refreshing North German Pilsner is light in body and effervescent with European noble hops. Sit back and enjoy a pint or two! Just like this pub, this brilliant gold lager has been worth waiting for.

From the beers I had of the four beer sampler from MBC, it was a pretty solid entry. I thought it was subtle and spicy enough to pass as a pils, plus it seemed like a refreshing beer. It was pretty good.

Aroma of crisp apple/pear, hay, light noble hop character; fruit forward overall. Appearance is gold with thin white head. Flavor matches the nose; the beer also has a nice toastiness. Palate is medium, sticky and very soft. Quite good.
