Pours cloudy copper with a thick off-white head. Interesting fruity aromas with loads of funk and melon. Good carbonation, nice smooth acidity, slight astringency, long melony finish. I really dig this smooth drinking gueuze! Really tasty.

December 10, 2015. Bottle at home, best before september 3, 2034.
Hazy golden with a very large fizzy white head. Aroma is tart green apples, hay, nice funkiness, some lemon zest, barnyard and hints of leather, grain and hay. Taste is light sour, minerals and very light sweet. Finish is sour with a lemon, unripe apples, barnyard, some dry earthy and minerally notes. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation.
Good and refreshing gueuze.

hazy golden colour, medium sized creamy slightly yellowish off-white head; aroma of barnyard, lemony, erthy notes with bread and some fruitiness and tart; sourish taste with dry white wine notes, fruitiness, bread and some ’elegant’ and ’sophisticated’ sweetness; great geuze!

Bottle shared at home. Slight hazy orange golden with fizzy long lasting white head. Light lemon, quite funky, gooseberries, sour grains, light herbs, lactic. Lots of farmyard notes with light plastic, diesel and earth. Light sweet and under medium sour. Medium bodied with champagne like carbonation.

Pop! Pours a sparkling golden with a nice medium white head that leaves nice lacing and is replenished by nice bubble streams. Nose is of apple, champagne, light cheese. Taste is nicely tart with green apples impressions again. Dry. Festive. Body is light and carbonation moderately high. Oak is pretty much perfectly integrated. Really refreshing and strangely comforting, just what I needed tonight!

75 cl bottle, best before 2034. Hazy orange, fairly big white foam dissipating fairly slow for the style, leaving no real lacings. Aroma is sour candy, apple, funk, hay, orange, citrus, vinegar. Taste is sour but not overly tart, semi bitter, apple, grass, elder-flower, dryness with more apple in the finish. Medium to big body, musty texture, low to medium carbo. Tasty, refreshing.
