Bottle, 330ml cork & caged at Cafe Rose Red, Bruges, West Flanders, Belgium. Clouded gold with white head. There is a cleansing citrus bitterness from the start of this, tasty tartness, pithy orange with a herby background. Good stuff.

Bottle thanks to Ben. Appearance - hazy yellow. No head. Nose - apple and cider vinegar. Wild yeast of course. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture and a long lean tangy finish. Overall - yep love this style.
