Bottle, 6.5%. Very acetic aroma to begin with. Also has some earth. Hazy dark orange colour. No head. The flavour starts off nicely acetic, but not as powerful as the aroma let on. There is some earth and a finish of white wine grapes. Could have been cleaner, there is a little oxidised note in the finish. Quite low carbonation, this particular beer would have refreshed me more with a bit more CO2.

Bottle - 375mL corked and caged. Aroma is sour fruit, big funky yeast, light cat urine, damp wood, and earthy notes. Taste is big sour fruit, lemon juice, sweat, wet leather, damp earth, moldy books and funky yeast. Body is light-medium with a creamy effervescent carbonation. Acidic throughout and bone dry during the finish. Ends with more big sour fruit and lemon juice blended with sweaty socks, wet leather, earthy notes and funky yeast. Delicious.

Funky wet horse blanket aromas. Crazy sourness gives way to tropical fruit flavors. Finishes quick and clean. WOW

Ausgewogener Antrunk, der eine gelungene säuerlich-getreidige Mischung mit deutlichem Hopfen darstellt. Aromatisch und sehr erfrischend. Später deutlich hopfiger, leider aber auch holzig, dennoch süffig. Charackteritisch und abgestimmt! /12/12/12/9/12

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a frothy white head. Aroma is of apple vinegar, English dry apple cider, white grapes, hay, grass and some tartness. The flavor is very apple vinegar like with the English dry apple cider, funk, hay, grass, white grapes and some medium tartness. The body is light with a dry mouthfeel. Overall a pretty good Gueuze, and a very good gateway Gueuze, since its not too sour.

One of those beers where the cork comes out with a POP as soon as You unwind the caging. Surprised me a bit and i spilled a little, but it was not a gusher. Clear yellow, rather large white to yellow head. sour, dusty, leathery aroma. flavor is sour, grapefruity notes, very dry, slight cellary or woody or corky notes, i think it’s cellary and woody notes.

Lasiin kaadettaessa vaahtoa muodostuu todella paljon. Neste on keltaista ja kuplivaa. Tuoksussa on nokkosta, yrttejä ja happamutta. Maultaan olut on hapan, hedelmäinen ja jotenkin multainen. Kokonaisuudessaan maku on hieman yksitoikkoinen, eikä yhtä hapan kuin tuoksu. Hieman tunkkainenkin tämä on.

Bottle. Hazy yellow/light brown with a large white head. Funk, wood, lemon, green apples, grass. Very refeshing and drinkable. Nice tartness on this one.
