[ Courtesy of KimJohansen ]. Light unclear medium red color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate cherry, almond, sweet sour cherry and wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Soft and easy to drink .. [Brewed by Moriau] An opaque dark red beer with a disappearing pink head. The aroma is sweet with notes of cherries and dust. The flavor is very sweet and only slightly acidic with strong notes of cherries and lesser notes of citrus.

Medium body with a very soft mouthfeel, a little low in carbonation with sweet’n’sour cherry accents. Lightly tart finish. A real treat - a very, very pleasant and balanced Kriek. 300509

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark red with a pink head, not lasting. Aroma is distinct barnyard mixed with smooth cherry notes. No almondish elements. Smooth brettish, cherri and light citric flavoured. Velvet smooth actually. Nice cherry and vague citric finish with a lingering dry brettish note into the far finish.

Original bottle, courtesy of Jacob Lövenlund. Cloudy red, small pink head. Fresh cherry aroma. Medium sweet with surprisingly mild acidity The malt flavours actually dominates over fruit and acidity, and a vague hint of cardboard makes me believe it has passed it’s peak. Some more freshening acididty in the finish.

Hazy red with a medium beige head. Aroma had cherries, raspberries, brett and wood. Flavour was sweet and sourish with cherries, almonds, brett, lacto and wood notes. Finished sourish. No oxidation and quite refreshing.

Cloudy dark amber color, with red shades; small head. Nice ripe cherry aroma, sweet. Some cherry juice flavor, some sweetness, lightly oxidized, the sourness is present but low. Nothing special.
