This beer has the reputation of being a very good beer Catalan. Totally false. As one another Catalan beer brand the best marketing you do is because if the criteria were the quality of the beer would not be worth anything. The best you can do is not open it and take water.

Nice amber body, and with vigorous upward flowing carbonation. This seems way too dark to be considered a pils/imperial pils. In any case, the body is dank and unappealing--full of off-notes, such as rotten fruit. The body is wet shoe, gum, and perhaps some sulfur. Nearly a drain pour.

Color de caramelo. Aroma a fruto seco, ligeramente amargo. Escasa espuma. Sabor muy malteado, de caramelo, que combina con amargor y tono licórico. Frutos secos. Potente, pero normalita.

Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Amber coloured pouring with a thin white head. It has a sweet toffee apple and light red fruity flavour, caramel notes and a slight soapy and spicy creamy finish. Pretty nic, but too little flavour considering its high ABV.

Just a step above a normal pale lager. Very sweet with aromas and flavors of grass, wheat, fruit and bread. Light bodied with a sweet finish. Not bad for what it is I suppose.

Bottle 330 ml at 33/45, Barcelona. Orange with small white head. Malty with some caramel. Nothing special but better than their lager.
