Diese Spezialität besticht durch den milden Geschmack. Die besondere Malzmischung verleiht dem Bier die edle Farbe des Bernsteins.

Pours in a nice amber colour, has aromas of bread and caramel, tastes and feels rather smooth, not particularly interesting. This beer does nothing wrong, but it doesn’t offer more than that.

Clear orange copper caramel colored beer with foam layer. Sweet malty nose. The taste is caramel sweet with a malty body and has a fine but present carbonation. It is comparable to a bock beer (with less abv). Calm sweetish aftertaste.

Bottle received in Euroswap 1, 2015. Thank you Erzengel. Pours clear goldenish Amber with a rather big frothy and creamy pale beige head that leaves lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty, slightly herbal, tiny floral and tiny earthy with dark bread, caramel, dough, hay, moist green herbs, minerals and lemon peal. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter, herbals and floral with dark bread, caramel, biscuits, hay, moist soil, minerals, lemon peal and hints of dried apricots. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny crisp and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and tiny bitter with dark bread, caramel, biscuits, oatmeal cookies, hay, moist soil and lemon peal. Solid malt forward lager. Not my favourite style of beer but this is very well made...
