It?s one of the best Weizen i?d ever drink. The wonderful yellow colour of the beer for a man is like an unicorn diving on a rainbow in the eyes of a woman. and it does taste like heaven.

Sweet bubblegum, banana, orange, clove, wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy yellow-tan color with moderate head. Clove, banana, wheat malt flavor. Nice body. Very nice weizen with a strong clove flavor.

Swing-top. Hazy light orange pour with a rocky white head. Banana and bubblegum nose, yeast and wheat. Crisp, spicy, sweet taste, bubblegum overtakes the banana to become the dominant taste, wheat a close second. Creamy, medium body, touch of citric acid. Interesting unknown fruitiness in the long-range aftertaste. Not the best example of style, but good nonetheless. Thanks to MoritzF!

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts mild, modest fruity, like banana and peach. The finish is more yeasty, not too dry. Well balanced finish. Good Weizen!

Test vom 11.1.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,12,12,10,12,11,70

Hazy golden blond coloured beer with some light carbonation and a rather large white head. Light herby aroma with some sweet yeasty touches. Rather special notes. Medium to full palate. Finish is bitter herby touched, yeasty with some light sweeter finishing hints. Not bad.
