An amber beer with a small head. The nose is slight with fruity notes. The flavor is great, with a nice sweetness and a lot of nuances - a well rounded beer which makes it a great beer.

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful amber with a handsome and rather stable head. Very malty nose. Flavours are dominated by caramel malt and some toasted - almost coffeeish - notes. Quite bitter in the finish. Good brew. 110300

Bottled. Amber coloured with lively head and a lot of sediment. Fruity grassy nose. Sweet, ligtly syrupy malt mixes with fruity alcohol and drying salty, grassy hops. Some cookie malt flavour. The body is a bit light, ane leaves a lot of room for alcohol to shine through. Dry, grassy, salty, bitter finish.

50 cL clear bottle. Pours slight cloudy orange with a slowly collapsing off-white head. Ligth fruity nose with a mild brett-ish dryness. Dry malt flavour with again a light brett note providing this distinct wooden flavour to the beer. Dry malt flavour and leading into a rather dry and not so hoppy finish. Nice one despite it may have been un-intentionally with brett-like bacteria.

Clear medium yellow orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruit, toffee. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090517]

Bottle. Brown colour, unstable white head. Peppery flavour with a hint of malt. Flavour is also a bit salty and possibly a little skunked. Bitterness is slightly harsh, but in a nice way.

Bottled. Amber/dark copper coloured, mediumsized beigish head. Weak fruity hoppy aroma with a weak sting of alcohol. Hoppy fruity flavour. Leaves sticky palate and the aftertaste is halfdry and hoppy. A bit boring.
