500 ml bottle. Golden colour. Crystal clear. Medium-sized off-white head that clings to the glass. Herbal grassy aroma. Hints of yeast and ash in the nose. Crisp malty flavours. Caramel and sugars. Sparkling and with quite a bit of carbonation. Lively and refreshing. Very drinkable.

Golden, cm white head. Smells of dust, earthy aromas and malts. Taste is medium malty, nice medium sweetness, hints of honey and fruits. Nice light to medium bitter finish with dusty hops, some earth as well. Light oily texture, medium bodied, soft carbonation. A quite decent beer but not very exciting in any way. I liked it

500 ml bottle shared with Elisabeth at Café Sånn 110512. Extremely clear and profoundly golden body with a small white head and some lacing. Fruity and hoppy aroma of mango as well as oranges and other tropical citrus fruits that is quite strong without being bothersome in any way. Flavour is less distinct than aroma but still tastes of tropical fruits and maintains the fresh impression. Slightly bitter finish, though not as bitter as Old Speckled Hen. Feels somewhat light and quite dry in the mouth. Above average carbonation. Unremarkable but very refreshing.

Bottle. A clear one, dark golden in color and with a dense, finger-thick off-white head leavings some lacings. Almost buttery biscuity nose with a decent touch of peppery, grassy hops. Not bad, but sure not very interesting, and I think it lacks a bit on the hops. The flavor has a little bitterness towards the end, with a touch of grass. Biscuity, caramel maltyness. Medium body, quite dry. A decent one, but it’s rather uninteresting. 120516

0.5l bottle. Pours a clear golden body with a small bubbly just off-white head. It’s surprisingly hoppy and fruity on the aroma. Not what I expected. I get peachy fruits, pear and sweet honey melon. It’s actually quite nice smelling. It has a average carbonation level and a thin oily texture. Flavors are also light fruity and sweet. Some caramel, burned sugar, fruity hops and a good bitterness all the way. A true surprise, that I initially had no expectations for before I tasted it. 05.05.2012
