Pours deep gold into an English pint. White head with good retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Initial skunk aromas subside to reveal caramel and butterscotch. Medium bodied with sweet candy corn upfront turning to mild, bitter earth in the medium length finish.

Bottle from as a. Love the challanger hops in this. Seems to be chock full of aroma hopping spruce and citrus on the nose.Lovely rich golden colour. Not much carbonation on the bottle or head or lacing. A nice finished beer but not something I?d enjoy drinking all the time

Aroma is fairly heavy skunk, floral/herbal, fruit...
Taste is lightly bittered caramel, flowers, light fruit.
Will try this again, a little suspicious of how it rated....might be I got a bad bottle.
2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Rune (6125) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAR 31, 2013
500ml bottle from EuroSpar Langnes. Crystal clear golden body. Loose white head, some of it remaining. Momentary aroma of hay and hoppy fruits. The taste character is a fine and mild blend of pale malts and fruity hops. Half dry, bitter tail. Crispy on the swallow. Easy to drink and a fine partner to the Easter lamb pie (Tromsø, 30.03.2013).
