Bottled, pasteurised;
Itís rich amber colour and superb fruity aromas are complemented by a delicious blend of malty yastes. Toffee and malt combine with bitterness on the back of the tongue to give a balanced sweetness. This is followed by a refreshingly dry finish.

Appearance: This beer poured a clear, deep amber color. The head was a creamy, off white. I like the way the the widget makes the beer pour into the glass. It creates an interesting "beer falling down the sides of the glass" effect. Lacing was present throughout as was the head. Smell: There was a very sweet maltiness present right up front. Hints of toasted toffee with an interesting caramel aroma. Not much in the way of hops that I can tell. Taste: An immediate metallic(penny)taste followed by a sweet maltiness. Lots of toffee and breadiness present. As I let the beer warm up closer to room temp the coin taste goes away. Has a nice hop bitterness in the finish. Mouthfeel: Medium, creamy body with medium carbonation. Overall: Not a great beer but also not too bad. Iíd be very interested in trying this on draft or maybe even cask. The metallic taste was a bit of a turn off but I didnít take off points because it did go away when the beer hit proper serving temp.

Clear amber color, small white head. Aroma of nuts, sweet raisins and sulphur. Light palate. Sweetish nutty, fruity flavor. Finish has some hoppyness. It is watery, but actually quite drinkable and close to the original.

355ml poured into a pint glass. A- Clear red with a frothy 2 finger head that diminished fairly quick and left a nice cap. S- Malt with a hint of grain and chocolate, a little sicy hops aroma and a slight musty smell. T- Smooth malt with a moderately bitter finish. M - Creamy/oily with soft carbonation. D- A very sessionable ale, would be no problem to drink this all evening.

A great beer with a complex malt flavor and subdued hops. For me, this could turn into a great session beer.

This is not a good beer. Pours amber, light white head. Skunky, metallic aroma, bitter finish. I will not get this beer again, unless I forget how bad it is.

Clear glass bottle-Why? When I opened this beer I wanted to know where the weed was that I smelled. I was looking around my house thinking why does it smell like weed. Oh itís the beer and it is skunky, very skunky. Well it poured an auburn color with a small fading head. Moderate carbonation. The taste was sweet, caramel, and skunk. If the brewers know clear glass bottles will get the beer light struck then why do they continue to use them. I mean this is 2010 people its not like we do not know any better. So this review is for the beer that is sold on the shelf that is skunked. Thatís what they are selling to consumers, right.
