Itís rich amber colour and superb fruity aromas are complemented by a delicious blend of malty yastes. Toffee and malt combine with bitterness on the back of the tongue to give a balanced sweetness. This is followed by a refreshingly dry finish.

355ml poured into a pint glass. A- Clear red with a frothy 2 finger head that diminished fairly quick and left a nice cap. S- Malt with a hint of grain and chocolate, a little sicy hops aroma and a slight musty smell. T- Smooth malt with a moderately bitter finish. M - Creamy/oily with soft carbonation. D- A very sessionable ale, would be no problem to drink this all evening.

A great beer with a complex malt flavor and subdued hops. For me, this could turn into a great session beer.

This is not a good beer. Pours amber, light white head. Skunky, metallic aroma, bitter finish. I will not get this beer again, unless I forget how bad it is.

Clear glass bottle-Why? When I opened this beer I wanted to know where the weed was that I smelled. I was looking around my house thinking why does it smell like weed. Oh itís the beer and it is skunky, very skunky. Well it poured an auburn color with a small fading head. Moderate carbonation. The taste was sweet, caramel, and skunk. If the brewers know clear glass bottles will get the beer light struck then why do they continue to use them. I mean this is 2010 people its not like we do not know any better. So this review is for the beer that is sold on the shelf that is skunked. Thatís what they are selling to consumers, right.

50cl bottle, local store. Pours nut/reddish color with thin beige head. Aroma is kinda sweet malty and toffee. Flavor is the same as aroma, ends slightly bitter. Quite smooth palate.

Citrus notes in the aroma, flavor is typical amber ale, bitter but semi sweet. Decent beer but would not want more than one of these.

It almost looks like a malt whiskey rather than a beer with itís reddish color. Pours to a small, tan colored head that fades quickly. Has a squeemish taste about it, like it wants to be really great but isnít sure about itself. Slight bitterness as you would expect with an ale, but goes down smooth enough without an aftertaste.
