Bottled, pasteurised;
It’s rich amber colour and superb fruity aromas are complemented by a delicious blend of malty yastes. Toffee and malt combine with bitterness on the back of the tongue to give a balanced sweetness. This is followed by a refreshingly dry finish.

Sensational, very tasty. Good body, fills the senses. Affordable, worthy of acclaim. Toffee nuts giving rise to splendid taste. A king among beers.

Dark Amber colour, Smells a bit like burn’t toffee. Closest taste match I can think of to describe it like watery whiskey. A definite must try.

Bottle, bought at Ica. A nice, well balanced ale. Rich, but still smooth, versatile.

An easy beer. Better on tap than in the bottle. Occasional metallic twangs give it a bit of zip. Recommended.

Bottle (U.S.) - A fine beer. Very nice carbonation, and is refined, clean, and refreshing. Better poured into a glass, however, I found that strangely, if poured into a plastic cup, I enjoyed it more than a glass. Strange, but true. My only gripe with this beer is that it has a slight detergent or soap taste, but only slight. Still a wonderful beer.

A great beer with a complex malt flavor and subdued hops. For me, this could turn into a great session beer.

One of my favorites, rich body and smooth. Great beer to just chill with but has some flavor. I recommend at least a try, worth the time ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Easy mild beer, yet tasty. No bitterness in the finish. Went well alone and witj the meal.

355ml poured into a pint glass. A- Clear red with a frothy 2 finger head that diminished fairly quick and left a nice cap. S- Malt with a hint of grain and chocolate, a little sicy hops aroma and a slight musty smell. T- Smooth malt with a moderately bitter finish. M - Creamy/oily with soft carbonation. D- A very sessionable ale, would be no problem to drink this all evening.

I really enjoyed this “fine English ale”. Soft smooth taste and easy aroma. Named after an MG (says so right on the label … haha). One of the most drinkable beers I have yet to try.
