Pleasant creamy mouth feel, light carbonation, fairly light bodied. Toffee and roast malts in taste with sweetness fading to small bitterness. Lingering rather unpleasant aftertaste. I found this beer to be a bit insipid.

Bottle. Courtesy of a neighbor....to be fair not sure how old this bottle was. Poured a medium amber with slight head. Slight fruit aroma, some malt. Malty, very light carmel noted. Smooth finish, but nothing outstanding.

Starkölsvarianten är en konservativ sak och denna är av samma skrot och korn. Utöver den torra och halmaktiga smaken så har ölen en väldigt lite kropp och jag upplever nästan den som lite fadd.

Old speckled cock. Oh man, I had a brilliant idea for a review but can’t remember it for toffee. Still, at least Dom’s have become less creative, that’s happened at beer 70, took me till about beer 250. This show I must be superior.

I like this as a bog standard session beer. Amber colored with a foamy cream head. Flavours of melted caramel, butterscotch, toasted malt and a light touch of hoppy bitterness. Quite a good balance overall.
