Pours clear amber with medium white head. Malty aroma. Taste balanced towards hops, smooth, medicinal/robitussin flavor, lemon, and banana. Light mouthfeel with low carbonation. Very drinkable beer. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Very popular and really easy drinking beer indeed. Faint aroma of fruits, malt, mineral. Taste is malty, fruity with very short medium bitter finish. Thin to medium body. Tongue biting soda-like carbonation.

A drinkability é boa.

Another good Greene King Ale, and one with a certain recognition, this is one of my Reliable’s. On it’s Nose I don’t pick up as much as others, but is still a malty, hoppy aroma, particularly fresh. Pours a very Rich, Reddish copper, with a solid body and a medium, fluffy head which is thin. In the mouth it feels rather mediocre, with some carbonation, creamy soft and light/watery. It Boasts a good tasty kick of Malt, a wholegrain bread, with a decent dashing of Nuttiness, rather like Mild Almond’s with a subtle citrus kick, Demerara sugar, which finishes in a long impressive caramel esque after-taste. Goes Amazing with a Sunday Roast.

Pint can. Pours an amber color with a four inch beige head. Taste is of malt, caramel, toffee, fruit and some hops. Similar aroma. Has a decent body for a nitro beer. Easy to drink and rather enjoyable.

Nothing extremely fancy but a solid English bitter. I could easily drink a couple of bottles of this beer in a night.
