Can. Pours a dark amber colour with a big nitro powered creamy head. Smells of wood, grapes, and boozy. Tastes of sour toffees and caramel. Don’t really get much from the hops. Has a medium body with creamy texture and low carbonation. Finishes with an unpleasant bitterness. Not a terrible beer, but not worth buying unless it’s your best option.

A classic British ale! Malty & sweet with a tangy, bitter finish. Nothing to blow you away but a good, every day pint. Rated by BrewTom

A nice afternoon beer. Serve cool, have two but I have to keep typing. Nothing extra ordinary but a simple well balanced aroma and flavor with a smooth finish.

Tap @ Two Fools Tavern: ESB malt qualities should contribute to an overall "malty" perception, often with caramel notes - but this beer has neither. Overall, a very average pour.
