500 ml on tap @ Grunerløkka Brygghus,September 29,2012 Beige/light to brown in color.Aroma is a bit malt, yeast and hops. Very easy to drink.I think it is a bit to thin and watery and it lacks taste.

Amber color, small head. Little bit of fruit and spice. Good amount of malt helps here. Preferred Fuller’s as it felt more balanced while being more flavored.

Ładna bursztynowo-pomarańczowa barwa, gęsta i wysoka piana bez lacingu. W aromacie przyjemna kompozycja słodowo-owocowo-chmielowa.

Fruity, caramel and a little roasty. There’s a slight, but very off-puting, butyric-like (vomit) aroma. Thankfully I don’t perceive it once it’s in my mouth. Feels a bit thin. Earthy hops give it a dry end. Not very good but drinkable.

500ml Flasche. Klar und bernsteinfarben. Kleine Schaumkrone. Süsser, voller Antrunk. Gefolgt von einem trockenen, leicht bitteren Abgang.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2015 Had a couple of bottles and was very impressed. Will try again when I can get a chance to really sample as I was in company first tastings. Caramel flavours. Good strength and nice aroma.

Bottle from a sampler pack received as a gift back around Christmas. Delayed consumption based on anticipated low ceiling for beers from this brewery. Pours a copper color with an off white or almost tan head. Quickly dissipates. Aroma was non-existent in the bottle but gives off a slightly sour dark fruit smell upon pouring into a glass. Malty presence with a bitterness. Taste has elements of caramel and roasted, nutty qualities. Bitter notes come into play towards the end. Slight funk that I’m struggling to determine if it’s from a lack of freshness or intentionally put into play by the brewer. Overall, sweeter than I anticipated but it’s a very average to below average beer.
