UPDATED: JAN 20, 2008 Nice fresh bitter aroma. Good clear copper colour, thin white head with a medium carb. Nice surprisingly smooth taste of toffee and malty sweetness. Slight metallic after notes.

500ml bottle. Pours copper with a small creamy beige head. Aroma is biscuit, caramel. Taste is butterscotch, nuts, and mildly bitter hops.

Can at home. Pours clear amber with fleeting off-white head. Aroma mostly malty, some tea, honey and biscuit. Rather too bitter given the lack of depth and complexity in the flavours - somewhat blunt and metallic on the palate.

Bottle - heavy carbonation giving large head over clear brownish amber body. Decent toffee aroma, ok mouthfeel, fruity caramel tasting. Good finish, enjoyed.

Helder koperkleurig bier met een kleine snelzakkende witte schuimkraag. Neus is gist, mout, lichte karamel en een beetje kruiden. Smaak is licht bitter. Gemiddeld mondgevoel met mooi koolzuur en houtige afdronk.

Ámbar limpio y espuma marfil. Aromas suaves de caramelo y diacetilo. Lo mismo en boca. Final seco.

Pours clear copper color with very visible carbonation. Small, short lasting, foamy looking white head. Nose is yeast, malts, slight caramel and a bit herbal. Medium body with regular carbonation. Silky, oily texture. Mildly bitter. Aroma of malts, yeast, caramel, herbs, spices. Woody aftertaste. Short and dry finish with subtle bitterness. Overall, good beer. Nothing outstanding but nothing wrong with it either. Refreshing.

35,5cl bottle. Pours reddish with weak head. Bitterness dominates the taste, but is not overwhelming. Nice beer.

Pours orange/red with a small white head that doesn’t last. Lowish carbonation. The taste is malty, quite bitter hoppy, with some faint hints of sweetness (possibly caramel), and the texture is almost a little creamy. Nice beer

Den lugter ligesom Heineken på vej ud. hmm, Ddet er bitter, men ikke bitter nok, med en lille smule af karamel mal.
