Pours straw with a quickly fading head. Nose shows doughy wheat, coriander, banana, spicy phenols and herbal hops. Enticing. Flavours don’t quite back it up. Doughy wheat, grainy malt, spicy Belgian notes and sharp herbal and spicy hops that seem out of place without supporting malt. Feels a bit highly carbonated.

On tap at Scratch Bar June 2013. Easy to drink with citrus and floral hops coming through in the flavour. Okay without being outstanding.

Keg at Cookie, Melbourne, Victoria. Cloudy yellow/straw colour, mid sized head. Generous aroma of fresh tangerine and lychee. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Lots of citric hops; gooseberry, tangerine and lychee, notes of coriander. Really bitter finish with resinous tones. Excellent!

Tap.Hazy pale yellowy orange with a small white head. Aroma is witlike with grapefruit as well as oranges, coriander and pepper. Light-bodied, slightly bready. A bit of grapefruit sourness, solid bitterness. Refreshing and nothing clashes.

12-Apr-12 (Mrs Parma-on Tap)- After waiting this to warm to drinking temperature. Light citrus grass aroma. Cloudy yellow colour, nice head and sheet ringlet lacing. Big grassy hop and light lemon flavour. Biggish bitter tangy hop, slight grapefruit citrus finish and peppery spice grass aftertaste.

On tap at BeerDeLuxe. Very interesting experiment, with great mouthfeel. Aromas of citrus, grass. and caramel. Taste is sweet, with bitter and sour notes, and long length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Pale cloudy, with a frothy head.
