COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Crafted by Wychwood Brewery in their traditional English brewhouse, Morrisons Organic Golden Ale uses a blend of German Tettnanger and Belgian Challenger hops. These combined with lager malt and ale yeast give a pale delicate golden colour with a crisp citrus aroma and hints of sherbert and lime.

5.0% slightly cloudy gold colour with a thin head, light hop aroma and slight bitter taste, it was good on the hot night I drank it. Made for Morrisons supermarkets by the Wychwood brewery

Bottled 500ml pasteurised from Morrisons, Banbury. Yellow gold with fizzed head. Initially fairly sweet, with a light lagery note, but then the floweriness of the Challengers managed to fight through. it never develops into much, but has the benefit of a crisper finish.

Not too bad for a Morrison’s own. Fairly light with a bit of hoppiness and quite a lot of bitter dryness.

Bottle from a cheesecakestandshop, no only joking actually morrisons. Aroma is biscuity, honey slight citrus note, but i didnt even read the back and i said this tastes like wychwood. Taste is the same as aroma, but its hazy and seems bottle contidioned. Not a great beer, but probably the best wychwood can offer.

Bottle. Golden beer with a strongish head. The aroma is toffee and dully hopped, the flavour is strongly bitter and dry and well roasted with toffee. Overall quite a bitter beer that is well hopped, smoothish and toffee.

Bottled. A golden/orange coloured beer with an off-white head. The aroma is Earthy hops; seems quite English, but then I read the commercial description!! The taste is nettly and spicy. A bit harsh and a struggle to enjoy.

Crisp and lagery with a snowy head of froth. Nose of grass and pinecone. Lemony and metallic with a gnaw of pencil. Fresh bread and biscuit. Quite a creamy palate. Increasingly coniferous and Pils-like as it warms. Nothing complicated, but a pleasantly refeshing beer.

Bottle. Golden with a small head. Aromas are sweet lemon with some zestiness. Biscuit malts. Flavours are lemon sherbert with marmalade. Has some light biscuit malts. Has a good sparkle. Very refreshing.
