[1132-20080228] Tap @ Mort Subite (Brussels, BE). Green apple flavoured nail polish remover aroma is sweet and lightly fruity. Hazy, pale brown yellow body with a long-lasting creamy white head and some lacing. Medium body has a hint of sourness. Cannot get past the polish remover similarity.

Keg (Mort Subite, Brussels) as Lambic Blanche
Hazy deep yellow, good tight head. Hazy deep yellow, good tight head. Apricot aroma. Goes downhill after that. Watery palate. Absolutely no lambic detected. Does not do what it said on the tin, so Iím angry. Sweet watery nonsense.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught at Mort Subite, Brussels. Apricot - touch of honey - fresh sawn oak. A fruit delight. Very enjoyable as a dessert after a herb omelette. A wheat beer. Difficult to class other than that - but perhaps more of a Belgian wit than a lambic.
