3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy pale yellow colour, white head. Fruity aroma, peach, orange peel, spicy, light apple and banana. In the mouth the banana comes out more prominent. Banana milkshake flavour, light green banana, quite sweet, hints of banana candy.
Would have expected sour notes to be coming through a bit more. Quite special, but rather too sweet for my palate.

Tap. Pours cloudy golden, small white head, excellent lacing. Aroma is sweet and fruity, with notes of yeast and wheat. Slightly sweet fruity flavor dominated by apple, Belgian yeast, and wheat. Light bodied and creamy on the palate. Overall a nice easy drinking beer; better in my opinion than its rating.

Taste: start is vanilla, caramel, buttermilk, banana milkshake, very slight bitterness, pudding, zero acidity, is this a dessert or a beer ? very weird ...

Cask@HeerenvanLiedekercke. Pale blonde, hazy. Aroma has traubenzucker, citrus and coreander. Moderately sweet and sour flavor with soft spicy notes. I’m not really into spiced beer, but this is à pleasant lambic based Summer brew.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Thick foamy head, smells (and tastes) like bananas (but in a good way). Palate is extremely creamy, unlike any beer I’ve had before. Not too sour even though it’s a lambic. Had this at the Bierfestival in the Martinikerk, Groningen; thumbs up!

Draft at special brews. Pours a cloudy medium gold with a loose white head. Candied lemon nose. Creamy medium body with wooly carb. Candied lemons on the mid palate with some soft spice and faint other citrus in the background. Tangy sweet finish. Oddly appealing.

Strong apricot nose. Milky yellow, no head. Apricot flavor. Not really any coriander that I can tell, but it’s still tasty. Not overly carbonated.

Draught at A La Mort Subite. Pours a cloudy orange-yellow with a white head. Smells of peach, sweetness, and wheat. Tastes of peach, with aedium to large sweetness, and a very subtle sour. Texture is extremely creamy. Carbonation is soft. Finishes with an hint of wheat. Pretty nice.
