mabel (1246), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Apr 27, 2008 [1132-20080228] Tap @ Mort Subite (Brussels, BE). Green apple flavoured nail polish remover aroma is sweet and lightly fruity. Hazy, pale brown yellow body with a long-lasting creamy white head and some lacing. Medium body has a hint of sourness. Cannot get past the polish remover similarity.
bhensonb (2735), Woodland, California, USA Jun 1, 2008 Tap at the brewpub. Hazy dirty gold color with a decent off-white head. Aroma seems a mix of peach and grapefruit. Flavor seems peach with grapefruit rind. Just lightly sour/funk. Fruity and refreshing. Goes down easily. FrankJohansen (2557), Sabro, Denmark May 5, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Hazy yellowish colour with a nice medium mostly lasting creamy head. Rich aroma and taste of fruits and herbs. Very refreshing. Bhops (170), Dallas, Texas, USA Apr 13, 2008 draught at mort subite. obvious peachiness... I liked it. Nice end to the day and after the meal. Better than the rating I think. FatPhil (1965), Espoo, Finland Mar 10, 2008 Keg (Mort Subite, Brussels) as Lambic Blanche
Hazy deep yellow, good tight head. Hazy deep yellow, good tight head. Apricot aroma. Goes downhill after that. Watery palate. Absolutely no lambic detected. Does not do what it said on the tin, so I’m angry. Sweet watery nonsense.
