3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 CapFlu (3767) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 9, 2003
(25cl Bottle) Pours a light pink head and a Hawaiian Punch coloured body. The head dissapated to a thin lacing but it initially burst out of the bottle. Aroma of sweet red grapes and undertones of blackcurrents. Pleasant sour taste. Not overly complex but nice calming flavour. Sour and dry finish. Better than the Peach.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2005 Big frothy head. Strong cassisaroma. Sweet and sour with a strong cassis flavor. A bit thin and watery. Rather artificial, still nice to drink.
Brownish pink color, slightly cloudy. cassisaroma, artificial. A tad sweet, but with a strong dry out effect. Slightly medecinal. Just a bit of bittery sourness. Maybe there isn’t only cassis added , but also cranberry.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 mutant (854) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JAN 14, 2003
Strong artificial blackcurrent aroma. Pretty red colour & fluffy head. Thankfully the fruit flavour is not as strong as the aroma but, despite the added ascorbic acid, this is still too sweet and alco-pop like.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 pivo (2540) - GERMANY - DEC 30, 2002
on tap at Mort Subite: Sweet and cough syrup-like. Like candy. Where’s the lambic in this lambic? Thinish body and refreshing for sure, but completely unchalleging. This was better than the Peche or Framboise though.

It is a very sweet beer.
1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 joet (1851) - Fulton, California, USA - NOV 9, 2002
Destroying sweetness and fruity flavors carpet bombing any trace of lambic. Maybe an interesting trace of grape seed.

1999: Like a fresh morning day in may as I walk... out wait. Flowers. Like chewing on flower petals covered in cherry paste. An interesting interpretation.
