0.25 l bottle @ Danish Tavern, Brussels. Sweet gueuze is nice when you are tired and want to get some extra energy. Sweetness here is not just sugar but fruitness.

OK.

Some say it is too sweet, but that’s just what I like about it! My first gueuze but not my last!

Bottle of 37.5cl, in a Tumbler glass; from the fridge. Well, it’s a gueuze, but too sweet. The aroma is there, as the colour (bronze), but it lack of gueuze taste.

Bottle. Clear brown with off white head. Very ripe apple, caramel, yeast, sour grains, old coffee. Almost apple juice or sweet cider. Starts sweet, goes into light sourness and ends sweet with puke. Medium bodied. I guess I don’t like sweet geuze much, but this is not too bad, except for the nasty finish.
