25cl. Had this before, and just got another one. Pours clear amber with white head. Aroma of sour lambic. Gentle and thin. Sweet yet dry to taste. Fruity. Gooseberry and fresh figues. Body is just below medium.lively carbonation. A very summery drink. Solid alternative to all the radlers.

25cl bottle at home. A malty sour nose accompanies a very clear light brown gueuze with thick white, vivid collar. This good looking beer has a very, very odd taste. Think of a gueuze styled beer, but replace the refreshing sourness with an iced tea sugarness. This hardly is a beer. Good the ending has some brett, soury and bitter notes. Conclusion: A lovely aromatic gueuze with a horrible lemonade taste.

Once upon a time, many moons ago, this used to be a great beer, a very fine geuze with a sour-sweet palate and a dry finish. But it has now fallen into the claws of the Heineken clan and has become entirely forgettable: no aroma, sugary sweet, chemical, cloying finish. Those wild yeasts have truly been tamed in this one. Don’t try this if you’re curious about geuze. And the artwork, too, has gone all wrong.
