On tap at the source, Brussels. Handsome, vibrant look to the beer, a slightly cloudy and well carbonated pale orange. Nose is bright, citric, and has just a bit of sweetness to it. Playful mouthfeel, not overly acetic. Taste is pleasant and unemphatic, tart and crisp like a young apple, and it’s overall a pretty nice starter gueuze.

Mein erstes Lambic und ich hoffe die Bewertung wäre auch im Vergleich gerecht - mir schmeckt es sehr gut, schön fruchtig und spritzig am Anfang, der Nachgeschmack am Gaumen is allerdings etwas fade. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 37.5cL. Home. A clear copper bubbly beer with a big creamy white head ; good retention. Fruity aroma (apple), ashes, wood. Medium sweet, light-medium-light sour. Light body, light to medium texture, fizzy carbonation, sweet finish with a sour note. Overall, a good-looking gueuze, sweet>sour taste. I prefer when sourness gets stronger.

Bottle from Beergusto. Amber color with thick white head. Tart aroma with vinous notes, cherries (?). Taste starts initially tart followed by surprisingly sweetness with notes of honey, apples, candy, wood. Long light tart sweet sour finish.

Drank at Orient Express at Brussels North station. Although I prefer sour Geuze, I wouldn’t call this a "bad" beer. Amber colour, Taste sweet-slight sour. Notes of good geuze underneath but shouldn’t have put the sugar in it. Nevertheless, this could be a step up to "real" beer for people who are too into sweet beers.

37.5cl bottle with cork. Beautiful honey look with nice foam with great lacing. Smell wine, fruits and yeasts. Refreshing cider like taste, sour and sweet: fruits with little bitterness after. Drinking like lemonade

Bottle. Murky Golden Amber with a White head. Decent degree of sourness counterbalanced by an unwelcome sweetness. Made this tangy and unpleasant for me. I want unashamed tartness in a geuze and this didn’t do it for me.
