Pours out with a big head that fads down to a mm pretty quick. the nose is sharp and basomic... If farmhouse animal urine smelled good it would smell like this..The taste is sweet and bitter.the flavour is one dimensional but it is a pleasant flavour..but that flavour really runs the sweet to tart gauntlet. A decent beer.

Aroma: sour fruits, apples and wild notes. Taste: Citrus, fruits, green apples, light honey notes. Really drinkable and refreshing. Medium head, nice lacing and medium carbonation.

Bottle at home. Pours clear and amber-orange in colour with a thin white head. The aroma is of buttered, slightly burnt toast, but not bad for all that. Quite sweet with a slight lactic and bitter edge. Tastes of wine gums and a background of mushroom (yoghurt?). That said, it’s really quite cosy and not a bad drink at all.

Bottle. Quite sour upfront then slowly gets more sugary, light fruitiness, notes of dust and wheat, a bit acidic on the finish. Not very impressive for the style, fairly average and oddly balanced.

Bottle @ home. Copper pour with a dirty head. Notes of grains, sweet syrup, some light funk and more sugar.

Kolor: bursztynowy, klarowny. Piana lekko ?ó?tawa, ?rednio p?cherzykowa, sporych rozmiarów i o dziwo bardzo d?ugo pozostaje w szkle, zdobi?c ka?dy ?yk. Aromat: bia?e winogrona, przejrza?a cytryna, troch? stajni. Smak: bez wodotrysków, ponownie bia?e winogrona z odrobin? cytryny i cukru. Goryczka: na finiszu, trawiasta.Wysycenie: wysokie idealne.

sjogro (1572) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - DEC 5, 2015
Bottle at home. Clear dark amber white head no lacing. Old strawberries, wheat, cardboard, sour sugar candy. Breadiness. The little sour taste has no depth and meets with sugary sweetness halfway, finish is more sweet than sour and flattened by dusty cardboard flavors. Not very handsome, still drinkable.

Very fresh and tasty lambic with fresh sour notes of brettanomyces. A perfect thirst quencher.

25 cl @ bottiglia. Di Lambic ho bevuto poco o niente, questa non č malvagia per niente. Acidula ma beverina, non troppo fredda forse dŕ il meglio.
