Drank and rated December 2011, a gift from a nice retired couple we met in Namur. Pours reddish brown, no head. Delicate sour cherry aroma and delicate sour taste. Smooth texture and subtle finish.

Nice Kriek as they all are. Bit sweetish, bit sour with some lemon aromas. No bitterness, just some cherries and bit of beer in the back. Classy, easy to go, very easy to enjoy.

Bottle from Belgium. Clear light red colour with steady airy head and medium to thin body. Nose of green cherries. Taste of cherry stones, green fruity cherries, grass and hops. Hints of flowers and leaves. Very easy and nice to drink, so quaffable. Enjoyed it a lot.

Pours a clear red with a small pinkish head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is like a good cherry pie or jam with tart cherries and sugar. Taste is more of the same but you get to taste the artificial sweetener. It isn’t really cloying, though, as the acidity from the lambic balances it out. A good mindless summer drink for the ladies, I won’t comeback to it too often.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Light red color, pinkish small medium fast falling head, medium body, maderate carbonation, watery texture, a bit oily. Aroma: Sweetish, cherry drops, cherry stones, sour cherries. Taste: A bit sweet at first then a bit sour, cherries, medium long tart finish. Interesting, crisp, good balance between sweetness and sourness.

viktorvee (167) - Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 20, 2013
UPDATED: MAY 21, 2013 Presents pleasantly as a light, middle red colour. There is a faint cherry smell but not much. Pleasingly tart, with a mild cherry kick, rather sugary, with a cough sweet taste. Ultimately a bit thin and one dimensional, though quite refreshing.

Pours a nice rose red beer with a not very long lasting head. Cherry, little cheese and sour smell. Sweet taste. Mediu sweet and little sour. lots of cherries. I like the palate. Nice carbo. Off course watery.

This beer pours a clear amber/red colour, with a light pink head. The aroma is of bubblegum, cherry pie, yeast. The taste is tart, definite cherry notes, sweet/sour finish. Not bad, taste more like a cherry cooler than a lambic though.

Ruby red color with slightly pink small head. Aroma is cherry. Flavor is cherry, bit sour and then sweet.
