I’m not quite sure about this. It’s almost like drinking lemonade. It’s got nice sour cherrylike taste and a nice fizzy mouthfeel. But it kindof tastes like an alcopop doesn’t it? The fact that it’s a real brew ofcourse rises the score, because to speak the truth, it’s not bad at all.

Bottled(375ml). –Pours a pale ruby coloured with small airy head and sourish cherry nose. Aroma of cherries and yeast with mild hoppy notes. Well balanced between sweet and sour. Not so sweet as I’ve expected, pleasant oak barell aftertaste.

(Bottle, BB 13-04-08) Pours a ruby body with a small light pink head. Aroma of cherries and corn syrup. Flavor of sweetness and then tartness from the cherries with a dry finish.

Bottle. Clear red in color with a foamy reddish head. Lacings. The aroma is cherry, but not too sweet. The flavour is mainly cherry, a bit on the dry side. It has a dry aftertaste.

final day get ’em in...nice ruby colour, great lacing...smooth fresh crisp ,like an apple.a candied apple perhaps....nice uplifting sweet/sour cherry smell....a great brew...real fruity, a solid offering...a starter lambic because of its sweetness and subtle sourness.....good.

Bottle coded-L521, no idea on the age. Bright red with no head, although carbonation is steadily rising from the bottom. Huge sour cherry aroma, almost smells like semi-rotten cherries. Flavor is all sweet/sour cherry and nothing else detectable. Very one dimensional, but still pleasantly surprised.
