My fiance ordered this at the Absinthe Cafe in Paris, and man, o man, this was good. He had to order two since I drank most of the first one. Super yummy cherry taste. All beer should be this good looking and tasting.

Bottled. Clear red colour, big creamy head. Malt and cherry in aroma, breadish hints. Cherry and malt in flavour. Strawberryish flavour in the finish. A bit of a "split-personality beer".

Bottle. Sweet-tart cherry with hints of yeast and mustiness. Brick red color with moderate pink head. Slightly sweet black cherry flavor with typical lambic hints of yeast and mustiness. Really enjoyed the cherry flavor.

Bottle ordered at L’ Absinthe Cafe in Paris. Pink with a thick head. Nice smooth cherry taste with little carbonation. Very very drinkable if it didn’t cost 6 euros.

Bottle. Dark burgundy with an off red head. Aroma is mostly funky cherry and yeasty. Light and sweet in taste, this can best be described as that it’s similar to NG Belgian Red.

Bottle: Purple red, with a medium, slightly pink head that quickly vanishes. Faint nose, some red berries and sweetness. Taste is good but not great; sweet, fruity and refreshing. Somewhat one dimensional and flat.

Pink/red in color, light rose head consisting of large bubbles, frothy consistency, well carbonated. Aromas of yeast, strong breads, metal, and only hints of cherries. Flavors of sugars, sweet cherry syrup at first which blends into a strong tart cherry finish that tickles the back corners of the mouth. Wonderful lacing leaves a good looking empty glass. I wish that I had more experiance with Lambics to I could better compare this beer, and rate accordingly.

Bottled:
Nice cherry aroma without any artificial componentes as chapeau or lindemans. Sourly cherry flavor, but cherry flavor is very decent. No artificial almond notes. Quite nice.
