| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 19, 2009 [Bottle] Pours a hazy reddish brown with a finger of pink head. Aroma is cherries, some slight funkiness, and a touch of malt. Flavor has quite a bit of tartness and sourness, with some cherry and currant flavors. Gets pretty abrasive as I drink it from the sourness and acidity. Very pleasant lambic. Fred82 (377), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 14, 2009 Bottle. From notes. Poured red with a pinkish medium nice looking head. Aroma was strong cherries. Taste is some sourness and lots of cherries. Nice carbonation. Pleasant mouthfeel. It is almost the same as the Mort Subite Framboise only the fruit as changed. Overall nice beer but not much complexity. Would maybe have been better is fruit was a little more subtile. Rating #65 PaulHegedus (464), Georgetown, Ontario, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 7, 2009 Bottle. This is red brown in the glass with a dense, thick and fluffy light pink head. The aroma is great, inviting: full of rich cherry candy sugar with some lambic sourness. I taste candy, sugar, sour cherry. The mouthfeel is medium, spritzy with nice carbonation on the tongue. tarjei (1745), Bryne, Norway

Aroma is cherry, but not overkill, as in many other krieks. Flavor is cherry in a balanced and fine way. Smooth and fine malty finish. faroeviking (6024), Republica Vikingo de las, Faroe Islands

Its very special. Its pours a reddish pink with a nice white head. Its aroma is strong with cherries. Its flavors are light alcohol sweet and sour cherries, but the taste goes very well together and is a very pleasant drink overall.
