May 7, 2009 Bottle, c&c. Pinkish red color with a frothy off-white head. Dusty cherry aroma. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Mild sweet/sour cooking cherry flavor. Not much wood. Actually not much anything after the cherry. Good drink, but not smashing.

Nov 18, 2001 New to this type of beer. Tastes a little too fruity for me, but then again I prefer a stronger brew so this is not really my type. Nice colour though.

May 27, 2004 Bottled. A decent kriek thats dry with little sourness. For a fruit lambic it is sweet, but not incredibly sweet (Read: Jacobins), it does detract slightly from the enjoyment though.

Dec 8, 2008 A dark amber kriek with good carbonation. Aroma of powdery cherries, meaty notes. In mouth, light cherries, powdery and light acidity left, a bit dead. Bottle is BB 2000 (so around 1995). Old Stock Tasting June 2008.
