Tap at WSF. Slight hazy deep red coloured with no head. Aromas of macaroons, almond essence, herbs and sour fruit. Dry and spicy flavour with notes of cherries, wood and barnyard.

WoSF 28/5/12. Oh what a guilty pleasure... while this lambic has clearly been artifiacially sweetened, I just loved it. Cinnamon, malty aftertaste... this beer makes you believe you are drinking a fokking good sand doughed cherry pie. love it. Sorry uli
