@ Hotel Van Belle, Brussels 150513. Bottle (375 ml) from local minimarket. Fruity and bretty, sour, light to medium body with a watery texture. The finish is dry and sour.

Bottle at Tour De Geuze. Clear golden, white head. Smells like grain, tastes like grain too, very sweet, all the tartness that I had in the lambic earlier is gone. Horrible. Unsweetened, sure but whatever has happened to it, is not a good thing.

Clear yellow with no head to speak of. Sour apples and earthy aromas. Slightly abrupt after taste. A nice if not earth-shattering geuze.

Look is nothing special. Aroma is slight but very promesing. Palate is slighty watery, nothing wrong with it but nothing special. Taste sour, mildly sweet very nice. Would definately drink it again.

Barwa ciemny słomkowy, piana słaba - mało, redukuje sie do kilku mm i pozostaje. W aromacie (intensywny) głownie ocet/sos vinegre i w smaku to samo, troszkę owocowej słodyczy, spora kwaskowatość - która zalega ale nie za długo. Pierwsze gueuze jakie pije więc odniesienia brak, ciekawy styl.

Tastes too much of flowers and floor cloth, but the smell is great on this one.

Good Gueuze. Tart sour taste, a little bit of flavor. Apples. Not bad, but usually.

Amber to orange beer with white head. Clear without yeast, hazy with yeast. Aroma and flavor have sour vinegar, farmhouse, citrus and sugar. Palate is medium full with quite strong carbonation. Finish is very sour with vinegar and crisp citrus. Pouring in the yeast tames the sourness a bit. Still, a bit too sour and vinegarish.

Grosse mousse, assez amčre pour une gueuze. Assez citrique également. Pas tant acide. Final pas impressionnant, mais tout de męme une bonne sensation en bouche.
