Golden color with big white head. Aroma is apples, minerals, some barnyard. Taste is more apples, some cheese, some barnyard, a bit bready, slightly metallic finish. A bit too heavy and unbalanced. Way better than their filtered Gueuze, not too complex though, but easily drinkable.

September 27, 2015. Bottle at home, best before february 13, 2023.
Clear dark golden with a large white head that slowly dissipates and leave small traces on the glass. Aroma is tart green apple skins, peach, grain, minerals, light hay, barnyard and cheese notes. Taste is light tart fruity, with a very light sweetness. Finish is light sweet with grain and fruit notes, light acidity with some mineral notes making it slightly sharp. Light bodied, average carbonation.
Decent gueuze, a bit sharp minerally finish and lacks on the funkiness.

Helder geel bier met veel schuim. Smaak is vanzelfsprekend zuur en droog, echte Lambiek stijl. In het begin even wennen, maar wordt na elke slok beter.

Bottle from saveur-biere.com. Clear light orange color. Thin white head. Medium body. Taste is light sweet, medium sour. Flavour is citric, hops, wheat. I wasn’t expecting this much alcohol, but that’s life.

Slight haziness to a golden pour. Big, but quick to fall, white head. Little bit of lacing. Funky citrusy nose. Some leathery wood as well. Taste is a semi-tart version of the nose.
