pours hazy light but bright yellow with a creamy and frothy white head offering good retention and lacing. dusty and chalky kind of sharp lemons - light to medium acidity; some pineapple, linear herbal grassiness - sulphuric, peppery wheat, bit of soap, minerals. moderate carbonation, - slightly lacking; light body; dry, tart and bland citric-herbal finish. tad linear and no funk but a more than decent lemon-driven gueuze.

Bottle shared. Clear golden with quite big fizzy white head. Light grains and bread, gooseberries, some hay, funk, cheese, sour white grapes, light dust, a bit metallic in the finish. Almost medium sour and light sweet. Medium bodied with low but fizzy carbonation. Basic and not very complex but enjoyable gueuze.

Clear golden color with white head. Strong funky notes on the aroma, also really lemony and fresh. Taste is pretty sour but not overwhelming, with some nice farmhouse notes but also a metallic note on the finish. Body is medium with a quite soft carbonation for a lambic. Overall it’s a quite good lambic, the only flaw is the metallic note from the taste.

2013 vintage. Pours a pretty clear golden with a small white head that leaves some lacing. Nose is of cheesy funk, barnyard, oak. Taste is moderately tart and a little sweet but not that sweet. Light wheat. Clean acidity. Body is light, carbonation moderately high and it quite refreshing. A pretty good oude gueuze!

Golden color with big white head. Aroma is apples, minerals, some barnyard. Taste is more apples, some cheese, some barnyard, a bit bready, slightly metallic finish. A bit too heavy and unbalanced. Way better than their filtered Gueuze, not too complex though, but easily drinkable.

September 27, 2015. Bottle at home, best before february 13, 2023.
Clear dark golden with a large white head that slowly dissipates and leave small traces on the glass. Aroma is tart green apple skins, peach, grain, minerals, light hay, barnyard and cheese notes. Taste is light tart fruity, with a very light sweetness. Finish is light sweet with grain and fruit notes, light acidity with some mineral notes making it slightly sharp. Light bodied, average carbonation.
Decent gueuze, a bit sharp minerally finish and lacks on the funkiness.
