Bottle. Aroma is sour plus some hints of citrus. The beer is hazy golden with small head. In taste it is very acidic and tart, also acidic in the finish. Very high carbonation, light body, very dry. Very good gueze, so far the best I drunk.

White head. Nose of funky lemon, yeast, tart citrus and basement mold. Taste is very tart lemon, funk and yeast. Buttery texture. Slight dry and very tart finish. Medium body.

Pours a deep golden color with a fluffy white head. The smell is light fruit, apples, some wood, mild funk. The taste is wood, sour apples. mild funk and vinegar on the aftertaste. Light+ and slick with nice fine carbonation. Pretty decent.

Po odkręceniu zabezpieczającego drucika korek wyskakuje prawie sam, a w ślad za nim ładny biały dymek w sporej ilości. Gushingu na szczęście nie stwierdzono :D Zapach z butelki wyraźnie winny, potem lekko słodowy. Charakterystyczne dla stylu wiejskie nuty docierają do nosa po chwili. Piana jak na styl naprawdę ładna – biała, średniowysoka, dosyć drobna’ może i niezbyt trwała, ale próbująca nawet zdobić szkło. Piwo w barwie złote, właściwie całkowicie klarowne. Ze szkła dominuje aromat białego wytrawnego wina, nieco sodu, końska derka jest tutaj nie do pominięcia, a i siano daje o sobie znać. Są też lekkie kwaśne jabłka. W smaku momentalnie uderza solidna kwaśność w winnym, nieco octowym typie, wyraźnie dzikie. Lekko ściągające w odczuciu. Na finiszu wyraźna słodycz kontruje nieco kwaśność i balansuje nieco całość. Pijalność pozostaje na niskim poziomie.

Bottle from BeerMerchants; clear amber pour with a big creamy off white head, aroma has lemon and some funky equine duvet, taste is dry with funk, lemon, brett tones, tart apples, aggressive carbs. Very good.
