Good gueze - much, much better than the mainstream by the same name. The aroma is classic guezelike and the taste clearly touches apples. Do yourself a favour and go and get it on draft. You’ll get huge glasses with beer, which is slightly different than on the bottle.

Oct 10, 2008 Praise be to Phil_L and beermerchants.com, part of the HUGE lottery win I got off him and them. Belter. Will have to start drinking more of this style because it’s so refreshing and such a welcome beer in the middle of a session. I can taste it in my nose if you know what I mean. The right amount of sourness and tart. Really drinks below it’s strength.

Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is apple, sour tart green apples, vinegar, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (120708)
