Aug 8, 2008 Bottle at GBBF 08. Very cloudy deep red. Great fruit throughout. A load of lambic fans couldn’t pick what this was. It’s just lovely. A great blend of cherry/dark cherry fruit and sour lambic. Stunning really. So drinkable. Best beer of the day? Possibly. Bit of farmyard acidity throughout. A great lambic.

Jun 28, 2008 Poured a hazy red color with a pink head. Awesome aroma and flavor. Funky leather and fruity tart cherry with a mild metalic notes. The tartness is very pleasant.

Jun 16, 2008 Draft? at Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2008: Dark garnet with a thin light pink foam. Nice and earthy aroma with cherry and a light whiff of horse. Simple aroma but still quite pleasing. Flavors of dark deep cherry with a musty forest twist. A light CO2 pusshed acid pops up through the deep cherry. Cherry moves "darker" towards the end. Acid builds up and finishes off the beer with cherry and vinous notes. Simple compared to many of the style, but it still always delivers.
