Draught at DHVL. Clear golden - no head. Nice medium sourness, lots of wood, tartness, grape fruity, acid, apples, leather, earthy. Lovely.

Draft @ Heeren Van Liedekercke, Denderleeuw. Rating #4200. Pours a clear golden color with no head. Has a fruity tart aroma with hints of grapefruit. Fruity tart grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity tart finish with some hints of wood and grapefruit in the aftertaste.

(Draught, March 2005 vintage) Pours a clear golden body with no head. Aroma of mustiness, grapefruit, and lemon. Flavor of tart grapefruit, lemon, and some earth.

Tap at WSF. Clear deep golden coloured with no head. Aromas of macaroons, marzipan, caramel and apples. Dry flavour with notes of wood, citrus fruit, vinegar and green apples.

Bright gold. Flat. Some electrical fire phenols, light caramel malts. Crazy - cheesy, very tart, some malt vinegar notes. Complex, delicious, despite the initially offputting aroma.

WSF. Clear medium-dark amber. Aroma is wood barrel, wine, with nice sweetness and complexity. Silky mouthfeel. Very cheesy. Like an Italian sheep cheese. Nice yeast profile. Good and retains a lemony tartness that is refreshing on the palate.

Tap @ WSF. Pours a clear copper with no head. Syrup, sweet, mould, tart, thin, bread, caramel. Ok tart bite.

Clear golden with no head. Aroma of sweet almond, breadcrust and solvents. Tart and slightly fruity acidic flavour

Clear amber with no head. Aroma had barnyard with leather, wood and apples. Flavour had sour apples, wood, grapefruits and leather. Finished sour.
